according to dog lost he was found on the 14th November, 3 guesses to say he could have bolted after bonfire night.

He's been missing from home for over a month now, seems a bit strange that the owner has not reported him lost :(

yes agree having lost a sheltie in the woods for 20/30 mins I was getting panicky... cant imagine not finding one or not knowing

Found in Dolgaroy, north wales, post code LL32
Tri Colour rough male.
Very thin & hungary & matted,also he had a green tatty canvas collar on as tho he had been tied up,but he now been groomed all posh & lovely also put some weight on now..!
